1. Can I have an sample order?
Yes, all the sample orders are in welcome, before long time cooperation, you should take a sample order to check and test our quality. What’s more, you will get the sample order money back once you make next orders.
2. Do you have any MOQ limit?
Yes, to saving the material cost, and make sure your prices are competitive, the MOQ will be 300pcs per model. 100pcs per model is also acceptable, but different prices.
3. What’s the delivery time?
For normal orders, the delivery date should be around 30 days since after received deposit payment & package detail confirmed.
For customized products will be implemented according to actual situation.
4. Is there any warranty?
All the products are in 2 years warranty. If customer have special requirement, we can also do.
5. What if the lamp go wrong?
As we have 2 years warranty, so if there’s any problem, please take a photo or video send to us, we will try our best to solve the problem.
